Grant W. Bennett, MD

Sports Medicine

Dr. Grant W. Bennett was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He graduated magna cum laude from Ouachita Baptist University with a bachelor of science in chemistry and biology. Dr. Bennett earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas College of Medicine in 2006, receiving scholarships for outstanding academic achievement and membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

In 2011 Dr. Bennett completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center in Greenville, South Carolina. He then completed a fellowship in sports medicine at the Steadman-Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas in 2012. Dr. Bennett joined Conway Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic in September 2012.

In addition to general orthopaedic surgery, his professional interests include the prevention and treatment of sports-related injuries and involvement with the athletic programs of various local high schools and universities.

Dr. Bennett is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, and his professional memberships include the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM), Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA), the Arkansas Medical Society, and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.

In his spare time, Dr. Bennett enjoys spending time with his wife and children and participating in a number of sports and outdoor activities.
