We are conveniently located north of College Avenue and west of Salem Road.
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call medical emergency services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Conway Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic, and they will contact us.
If you have an urgent medical need and must talk with one of our doctors after our regular hours, please call our office at 501-329-1510. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.
At Conway Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic, we accept Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Medicare, workers' compensation and most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at 501-329-1510 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Care Credit.

If your insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit.
Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Conway Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by calling our office at (501) 329-1510. No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times.
We ask that you contact us 48 hours (2 days) before your prescription runs out. When you contact us, please have the phone number or address of your pharmacy, prescription number, and name of the medication. All medications prescribed by your physician MUST have his approval before refills can be made. Please allow up to 48 hours for your physician to approve the refill and forward to your pharmacy of choice.
If you have been given a written prescription for medication or an order for a hospital test, it is your responsibility to take it to the appropriate facility. If you should lose it, a new one can be written and left at the front desk for you to pick up.
